Description of the experience
Meeting at the hotel and departure for Pompeii. Buried under a blanket of ashes and lapilli during the eruption of Vesuvius in 79. The visit to the excavations, started by order of Charles III of Bourbon, will allow us to make a real dive into the past, a journey through time. Paintings, mosaics, new domus, workshops and daily life of one of the most important cities of Campania Felix.
Stop for a quick lunch with pizza and drink, continue to the Vesuvius National Park.
Walk to the top of the volcano with a visit to the impressive crater and the panorama that can be admired at that height (1,200 meters) that embraces the entire gulf of Naples from Capo Miseno to punta Campanella.
