Phlegraean fields, Salerno and Naples

Day 1 -  Phlegraean Fields and Salerno
Arrival and visit to Phlegraean Fields, a journey into the myth. Guided tour to the Acropolis of Cuma, with its temples and the Cave of the Sibyl reopened and brought to the ancient splendor. We will move to Pozzuoli with a visit to the Flavian Amphitheatre and the so-called Temple of Serapis. Lunch in the restaurant to enjoy the delights of the area. In the afternoon, continue to Salerno. Visit to the historic center and the  famous lights of the Artist of Salerno. Continuation to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
 
Day 2 -  Naples
Breakfast at the Hotel and departure for Naples. Day dedicated to the discovery of the historic centre: the Spaccanapoli, with the church of Santa Chiara, the church of Gesù Nuovo, the Duomo of San Gennaro, where the remains of the saint are preserved and finally the artisan workshops of Neapolitan cribs famous all over the world. Lunch in course of excursion. Continue the guided tour with a visit to the National Archaeological Museum which boasts the richest and most valuable heritage of works of art and artifacts of archaeological interest in Italy and is considered one of the most important archaeological museums in the world, if not the most important with regard to the history of the Roman era.
